Eligible participants and their eligible dependents of the Welfare Fund Plan of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 15, 15A, 15C and 15D, are entitled to certain benefits.

The following is a list of some of the benefits you may be entitled to receive depending on what Plan you are eligible to be covered under with the Welfare Fund: Medical coverage with Blue Cross-Blue Shield and through the Welfare Fund, Dental coverage through the Welfare Fund, Vision benefits with ** General Vision ,  Vision Screening , CPS optical network or through the Welfare Fund, State Temporary Disability benefit through the Welfare Fund, Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage through the Welfare Fund, Pharmaceutical coverage with Optum Rx or through the Welfare Fund, Death benefit through the Welfare Fund, Mental Health/Substance Abuse coverage  through the Welfare Fund, Telemedicine through Swift MD, Body scans through Inner Imaging and Medical Reimbursement Account through the Welfare fund.

Please note: Possession of medical cards does not guarantee coverage as participation within the Welfare Fund is predicated upon meeting both the enrollment and eligibility requirements of the Plan.
